Making omelets for a crowd can be very time consuming. Here is a great way to prepare omelets. Mennonite Girls Can Cook show us how to make Ziploc Omelets . My son has used this method when entertaining guests for brunch.

I'm always looking for recipes with Oatmeal. These Cocoa Oatmeal Muffins caught my eye. Taste and Tell has the recipe for this muffins. There is also a recipe for Meat and Potato Pasties taken from the May issue of Real Simple.
