I'm always looking for recipes with Oatmeal. These Cocoa Oatmeal Muffins caught my eye. Taste and Tell has the recipe for this muffins. There is also a recipe for Meat and Potato Pasties taken from the May issue of Real Simple.

Chocolate with lemon is also a taste combination that I would like to try. Also, the Strawberry Panna Cotta looks so pretty (and good) I might try to make it this weekend.
