If you enjoy making homemade condiments, especially in the fall, you should check out the Pear Ginger Chutney from Wives with Knives. You will find several other Chutneys on her blog.

Tasty Kitchen has some tasty recipes this week. Quick and Easy Cinnamon Bread, that looks great. Oatmeal Cinnamon Raisin Scones that the author writes are her "best scones ever." Crumb Dutch Apple Pie that uses the crumb mixture as a topping and the crust, in place of a traditional crust. These Easy Pumpkin Muffins look good for fall and they are very easy. 
  
If dry aging your own Filet Mignon sounds interesting to you, Judy at Judy's Kitchen has been successfully aging hers for over a year. She has great instructions and pictures that look easy to follow, and it looks easier than I had expected. If you are interested, you can check it out here.

Farmgirl Fare has a recipe for homemade Italian sausage with fresh basil, oregano, garlic and fennel seeds. It starts with a pound of fresh ground pork sausage and there is no stuffing into casing involved! She used her fresh sausage on a great looking pizza. You can see all of the above here.

Another soup for fall. Lori's Lipsmacking Goodness has a recipe for Pasta e Fagoli and a recipe for Tuscan seasoning mix that you use in this soup but would be good in many other dishes also. You can find both of those recipes here.

These Coffee Cake Muffins from Baking Bites look very good, especially if you like lots of crumbs! You can use this recipe for muffins or individual coffee cakes if you have an individual coffee cake pan. These pans are have a removable bottom and the little cakes make a great presentation. Mennonite Girls Can Cook has a Hearty Beef Stew that will warm your family on a cool crisp fall evening. 


Another soup, this time from Cookin' Canuck. Her Mediterranean Chicken, Bean and Pasta Soup looks like a new favorite go-to soup.

These Crispy Beef Lettuce Wraps look very good. The seasoned meat mixture can be made ahead and frozen and then they can be put together quickly when desired. From Dinners for a Year and Beyond.

Baked Zucchini with Mozzarella sounds like a good way to use up the zucchini that is still hanging around. You can find the recipe here. From Portland Mama.

Itsy Bitsy Foodies has a recipe for Mini Pumpkin Muffins that are cut in half with a little cream cheese filling and have a sprinkle of chopped nuts on top.
