About Me

My photo
Coni
I developed a love for cooking fairly young, thanks to my 4th grade teacher, Mrs Williams. She gave us a hands-on cooking class and we made two dishes. She sent us home with a sheet that had the recipes for the food we had made in class. I begged my mom to buy the ingredients I needed, and eventually I made Barbecued Beef Rounds and Cottage Cheese and Pear Salad. It was the first meal I cooked for our family of 9. As the oldest daughter, I enjoyed cooking every chance I had...and that is when the magic began!
